With the return of that popular Television Programme 'Grass Roots' the question has arisen which Sydney Council has it been based on.

While there can be no doubt as to who the Mayor has been modelled on.

The behaviour of all Local Councils within the State of New South Wales , commonly known as the State of Corruption , make it extremely difficult to agree on which council suits the scenario.

We have included a few of the favourites , please make your choice and Vote.
